Credit Application Processing Module (CAP)

• Your tool for more thorough credit investigations, faster decisions to the dealer and better deals purchased.
• Approved applications are automatically imported to the New Deal Booking Screens of the Megasys Finance System.

Credit Inquiry

• Allows the user to pull credit bureau reports from each Megasys workstation.
• One agency included (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax).

Outgoing Fax Utility

• Allows for easy dealer communication, advising the dealer of current statuses or disposition, including dealer-stips.
• Throughout the Megasys Finance System, anything that can be printed can be faxed, including MegaWord documents and reports.
• With your existing email services, Megasys can provide setup services for convenient interoffice communications, a scheduled e-mail reminder feature, and notification when a fax has failed.
• For ASP Installations, the fax modem will be at a remote location.

Bulk Account Import

• Bulk Account Import is an easy to use, Windows based product that utilizes the functionality of Microsoft Access to facilitate the conversion of bulk purchases.
• This module provides a system to allow the mass importing of contracts or loans from external files into Megasys. The Bulk Account Import is fully integrated with the Megasys Finance System.
